About the role
We’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of technology and creativity.
As our AI Architect / AI Creative, you’ll help design and build AI-driven workflows that transform how we create — from early-stage ideation to final production. You’ll work side-by-side with art directors, designers, copywriters, final artists and strategists, exploring how AI can become a natural part of improving our creative process.
This is a role for someone who both builds and creates. You’ll develop the technical infrastructure, while also working hands-on with generative AI to produce real output and unlock new ways of thinking.

What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI becomes part of our everyday work. That means moving from experimentation to something more structured, scalable and impactful.
Integrate AI into our creative workflows and ways of working
Design and build AI-driven pipelines for content creation and production
Work hands-on with generative AI while collaborating closely with creative teams
Prototype, test and scale solutions that are practical, efficient and usable
You should have
You combine a technical understanding of AI with a genuine interest in creative work and production. You’re comfortable moving between systems, tools and output — and you enjoy making things work in practice.
Hands-on experience with generative AI and prompting
Solid understanding of AI workflows, APIs and integrations
Ability to translate creative needs into technical solutions
Experience working with multimodal AI tools in a collaborative environment
Nice to have
If you bring experience from adjacent areas, it will help you move faster and go further in the role:
Python, automation or low-code/no-code tools
Prompt libraries, orchestration or agent-based systems
Background in design, digital- and/or postproduction
